SERVICES
Design With Installation
Our most inclusive offering, Guested will prepare a custom design for the property, order and prep all items for shipment, and deliver, assemble, and install all furniture and décor in the property.
Design With Shipping
Guested prepares a custom design while utilizing our products and warehouse inventory. Perfect for those who want access to our wholesale pricing and products, but can execute installation.
We freight ship all inventory directly to the customer curbside on pallets. The customer is responsible for scheduling a delivery appointment and handling installation independently.
Furniture Rentals*
Not sure if the Airbnb STR model is for you? Renting furniture might be the best choice for you.
Choose a plan that works for you. We offer 6,12, and 24-month subscriptions. Furniture will be delivered, assembled, and placed within the home. We will remove the furniture at the end of the term. Trash removal is included.

We stock our warehouse with supplies, furniture, and decor ideal for STR properties. All items on our website are shipped from our warehouse in Charlotte, NC including white-glove delivery options.

We offer two service options depending on the level of onsite support needed. The first step is to decide the best option for your project with a team member. We offer free estimates!
Design/ Processing
We build a custom design plan based on your property needs. We then process the order in our warehouse including item inspection, assembly, wrapping, and consolidation.
Delivery/Installation
Once your order is in our warehouse and prepped, we pack it for either freight shipment or delivery depending on the service selected. Our services are available throughout the US.

About Us
Guested is headquartered in Charlotte, NC operating a full-service warehouse complete with onsite staff.
Our warehouse is the home base to all our operations from accessing our own expansive inventory of products, receiving freight, product inspections, holding purchased goods, assembly of furniture, and wrapping for final delivery.
We sell furniture direct-to-consumer through our online store Shop Guested.
Toni Escuder is at the helm of Guested which has been operating since 2018 working with a variety of customers from real estate investors to property management companies big and small.

Our clients work with us to design and budget their projects, then they apply for financing through our trusted partner by completing an online application.
