Euclid Duplex in Charlotte, NC

The Euclid Duplex was a project with a Charlotte area real estate investor. The home was a single family, but converted to two separate 2 bedroom units, each featuring a living space, eat in kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The units share an outdoor lounge space.

Multi family units are hard to come by, and this one is located in the ideal Dilworth neighborhood of Charlotte. This flipped home featured standard builder grade finishes, and our goal was to brighten up the space using color and warm materials. Our color palette featured hues of blush, forest green, blue, and greens. We wanted to feature as much local photography as possible, and infused the space with Charlotte murals and city scape framed images. We provided all furnishing and decor for this short-term rental property.
