SHADOW’S RETREAT in Gulf Breeze, FL

This was a repeat GUESTED customer who enjoys multiple properties in Gulf Breeze, FL that they use themselves in retirement, but also rent out through a local property management company for cash flow. The idea is a sophisticated design with functionality and comfort at the forefront. We wanted to include a coastal color palette, but with introductions of pink here and there.

Space planning was essential for this floor plan ensuring we slept at least 8 guests with ample lounging and dining space throughout.

Queen bedroom with costal theme and wall mural anchoring the headboard decor together
The office was converted to a dual work/sleep space which included a pull out sleeper sofa
A queen bedroom featuring turtle wall decor and a soft color palette of blue and light pink
Temperature controlled sunroom added tons of space which allowed us to add an additional dining table and sofas to this area.
Primary bedroom featuring a king size bed in a coastal rattan material features water birds wall decor and pops of pink and blue tones.
